Seasonal sites are available between April 15th to October 15th. All lots are within walking distance to the lake. Lots include water and sewer. The utilities are paid by resident at the end of the season based on meter readings. Cable hookups are available through our local cable access provider. There are also double wide lots available if you prefer. Pets are welcome however there are some general guidelines we ask as a courtesy to other guests.  All seasonal lots will also include all the amenities that are on the resort. In addition you will also be able bring your own private dock and lift. Decks and patios also may be added to your lot upon approval.

 

​Seasonal sites offer the opportunity to have your own place for the summer.  Many families have been coming for over 20 years with extended family now indulging as seasonal renters too.  Once here it is very difficult to leave.  Those new to the place are welcomed by our small village known as friends and family.  If your desire to come for peace and quiet this is your home away from home.  Simplicity and beauty are our secret.  Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone!
